Happy Holidays!

Happy December!

Through all the present shopping, school work, and crafting my planner has been full of to do lists!

I have created a few mini planner layouts from some of my favorite holiday movies! In each one you will find an elf on the shelf sticker to color in a Christmas light each time he moves! I use a "kindness elf" in my classroom and find this very handy!

I have a Cricut Explore Air and have tried my hand of floating ornaments, decals, and shirts this season! I absolutely love being able to personalize gifts!
Here are a few gifts I checked off my list:

I hope you have a wonderful holiday season!

Thanksgiving Freebies!

Happy Thanksgiving from my family to yours!

I have really enjoyed seeing all the awesome ways everyone has used my layouts! The best part of planning is definitely the awesome people you get to know.

As of this week, I have finished my class and will be done moving into our new place! Thank goodness! More time for fun!

I have a lot to be thankful for this year, between my amazing husband and my great class of first graders! I also want to thank everyone who has given me such kind words on my blog! You all are too sweet!

So here is a sticker spread for any other LuLaRoe addicts out there! I should say I am thankful my husband hasn't cut off my card yet... haha!

Cute & Winter Mini Covers

Halloween is over. :(
But winter is on its way (at least up north!) so bring on the football, thanksgiving, and holiday season!
Recently I fell in love with a website that offers amazing work for crafters.
I use https://lovesvg.com for so many cute personal cricut projects! Check out their amazing work! They offer great files to use for personal use for free!
Using some of these designs, I made some new min planner covers. The website is on each page to credit their great work! <3
Enjoy!

Mini Madness

When teaching gets crazy, I LOVE to design planner things. My brain just needs a break!

So due to procrastination....
Today I have 2 planner printables to share!

One is gamer themed...
 and the other is Thanksgiving!

Making planner things is so addicting and my Michael's order of new items cannot come quickly enough! <3 So please enjoy these mini planner items, nothing fills up my heart more than seeing people use them!

I'm thinking about a football layout next. My husband is a huge Georgia fan!
Happy fall!

Mini Happy Planner & Halloween!

So I have a confession. Over the summer I fell in love with the classic sized Happy Planner. I was more organized, went washi crazy, and thought I was in planner heaven. Well, that was until two weeks ago. MAMBI released a MINI happy planner.
What? ...
Mini? ...
YES! It is the perfect size! I can fit it into all of my purses, I have plenty of room to write, and it has totally changed my planner girl life!

I even found a recollections planner cover on clearance at Michael's and my husband took the rings out for me so I could slip my mini into it!

Last but not least, I created some new mini spreads! I saw this clip art and fell in love! So I thought, hmmmm if I just measure the boxes... and 5 HOURS later...

I love how it came out! So I decided to share the love! :) Please tag my blog if you use this layout, I absolutely love to see the pictures of it in use!

New Grade, New Ideas!

My first post!

I am very excited to learn the world of blogging! I am hoping it will help me better reflect on my teaching and connect with other teachers to learn new strategies!

I recently ended my first year of teaching for a school district and as much as I loved my classroom camping theme, I was ready for a change. My husband and I love superheros, particularly batman, so of course that is my next idea. The hardest part is finding clip art that I completely loved! Lucky for me, I had finally found what I was searching for.
The clip art is from this awesome shop on Etsy:
 https://www.etsy.com/shop/DocomoooArt?ref=l2-shopheader-name

My goal for the summer is to create my own decor items! So far I have my clip chart ready, one binder cover, and hall passes!

Next up will be labels! Luckily Target is selling back to school items ridiculously early in their dollar spot. I was able to find my group bins... and this year they are thicker plastic so hopefully that means no broken bins!

These are the new bins! Great super hero colors!

Here is a new bin (on the left) compared to last year's (on the right).
You can seriously see the difference in plastic and they are still the same size!
A steal for $3 each!

Well that is all for now! Happy creating!
